Health Networks Limited operations are compliant with legal, contract and business requirements. The company infrastructure includes health and quality processes formalised in written policies, insurance policies and financial management processes and engagement with legal services as required.

Besides our staff, we may share this information with Health New Zealand Te Whatu Ora in order to provide technical advice and support programme delivery.

As required and with your consent, information provided to us may be shared with other organisations.

Information will be stored securely and retained until it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected and/or for as long as required by law. Information no longer required will be destroyed.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to share your information with us, we may be unable to deliver some services.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
